Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons (Halloween, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States and around the world. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shop@jrstar.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
